Yami's Famous Brussels

Ingredients
Brussels sprouts, based on number of people being served
Juice of 8 to 10 lemons or to taste
Salt
Olive oil
Pan
1 onion
1 large Ziploc® bag
Wash Brussels sprouts; cut in halves. Slice onion in thick slices. Place Brussels sprouts and onion into bag. Squeeze lemon juice into bowl; mix with olive oil and salt to taste. Add mixture into bag; let sit overnight. Next day, place sprouts in the pan and bake until soft. Serve and eat!
